The company’s’ Quality Management Systems are certified to AIB – Superior & Excellent rating, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety – A Grade, ISO 9001 : 2008, Environmental standard ISO 14001 : 2004, Occupational Health & Safety standard ISO 18001: 2007 and FEMAS International Standard. Raw Materials are purchased from assured sources through the Assured Combinable Crop Scheme (ACCS), the Allied Mills Gold Standard Assurance Scheme and the Allied Mills German Elite Global Gap Scheme, giving plough to plate traceability.
Raw materials are extensively tested prior to intake utilising the latest wholegrain technology. Wheat testing is accredited to the NABIM (National Association of British and Irish Millers) standard for wheat intake.
HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point) principles and systems are applied throughout the milling process and finished products are fully tested on site before release.
The Allied Technical Centre (ATC) who are UKAS accredited offer additional testing and technical support functions such as legislation updates and microbiological testing.
